Implement Send-Email cmdlet

This should be pretty easy by using the System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient type.

Would it be a fully-fledged cmdlet, or would you just implement it as a function?

I guess implementing it as a cmdlet would allow you to specify some parameters (like "-port") as being optional, which would be handy.

The deployment scenario for PSCX cmdlets is so easy compared to pulling in functions defined in scripts. We install the snapin and all the user has to do as add the snapin to gain access to all the cmdlets. After that they can save the console and just restore from that.

Done. Handles authentication using Get-Credential or default newtork credentials or anonymous. Also handles attachment and attachments via literal paths.
