PSCX 2.1 Beta1 - Bug Fixes and Windows PowerShell v3 Support

This addresses a number of defect found in the 2.0 release:

• 28023 Read-Archive : Cannot bind parameter 'Path'. Cannot convert the ... value of type "System.String" to type "Pscx.IO.PscxPathInfo".
• 28198 Test-XML not validating xml against schema correctly
• 28964 Get-FileTail access conflict
• 29255 Get-HttpResource Timeout Bug
• 29598 String - PscxPathInfo ParameterBindingException
• 30169 Invoke-Ternary example doesn't work
• 30921 Invoke-Elevated demands arguments

This beta should work better under the Windows PowerShell V3 available in the Windows 8 Developer Preview. If you find issues running this beta on either Windows PowerShell version 2 or version 3, please submit an issue to the CodePlex project.

Just like the 2.0.0.x version of PSCX, please make sure you UNBLOCK the downloaded zip BEFORE extracting its contents. You can do this by right-clicking on the ZIP file in Windows Explorer, select Properties ... and then press the "Unblock" button in the bottom right corner of the dialog box (if it is present).
