I'm using Windwos 10 Pro Build 9926. My profile file does a:
Import-Module Pscx
and it fails with:
cmd.exe : The system cannot find the path specified.
At C:\Program Files (x86)\PowerShell Community Extensions\Pscx3\Pscx\Modules\Utility\Pscx.Utility.psm1:753 char:5
+     & cmd.exe /c " `"$Path`" $Parameters && set " > $tempFile
+     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    + CategoryInfo          : NotSpecified: (The system cann...path specified.:String) [], RemoteException
    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : NativeCommandError
This used to work fine on previous OSes. Known issue?

If you are on Win 10 use PowerShell's PiwerShellGet feature. Install Pscx like so
Install-Module Pscx -Scope CurrentUser
The problem you see with the installer is that a reboot is required to get PowerShell to recognize the updated PSModulePath env var.
